Wholesale Terms: Net 15 Payment Agreement

By selecting the Net 15 payment option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Window: Full payment for your order is due within 15 calendar days from the date the order is placed.

• Method of Payment: You will receive a digital invoice via email immediately following your purchase. This invoice is powered by Stripe and allows for secure payment via Credit Card or ACH.

• Order Fulfillment: We will begin processing and shipping your order upon receipt of the “Net 15” request, effectively extending credit for the duration of the 15-day period.

• Late Payments: Please note that failure to remit payment within the 15-day window may result in a temporary suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges or a shift to “Pre-payment Only” status for future orders.

• Credit Limits: Net 15 terms are subject to internal review and may be adjusted based on account history.
