If an item arrives damaged or your order is short due to our error, we will promptly issue a credit for the affected product. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can review the invoice and make it right. Because our products are fresh, handmade, and perishable, returns are not accepted, but we’re always committed to fair and honest resolution when a mistake occurs.

Shipping Policy

We offer free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our bakery for qualifying wholesale orders. Deliveries between 15 and 25 miles are available for a flat $12 delivery fee. To ensure product freshness and reliable service, we do not offer deliveries beyond a 25-mile radius. All delivery options are designed to support consistent quality and on-time service for our restaurant partners.
